Ciara looks like she caught the over sexed bug, on this new cover of Vibe. I love Ciara and I'm not gonna lie, I love this look. But there is sexy and then there is King magazine.I think Rachel Roy said it best: If you are going to rely on the dress to make you sexy, you are never going to be sexy.
It was probably Vibe's idea anyway.
